Absolutely. We have an easy returns policy where you can return your item to us to exchange for the right size or for a refund. We are always open to help. Check returns instructions here.
Can you make any commisioned pieces?
We actualy make jewelry to order, we make new designs with our jewelry department and work with makers across Ireland. And our personalized gifts are made in Dublin. So, we would love to talk to you about what you are thinking and see can we help. Just contact us here.
Can we visit your store?
We are online only but, we have had customers come visit us to our office in Dublin and, with some notice we can make it happen with you too. Cup of Irish tea when you get here!

Yes they are. Lately there has been tariffs going into USA too. So, no matter where you are, we make sure that whatever you pay at the checkout, thats it. There's no more surprises!
