This Raised Claddagh Ring has a clear Cubic Zirconia stone in the heart of the Claddagh and 8 clear Cubic Zirconia stones on the shoulders. The Claddagh is a well-known Irish symbol. It is a traditional Irish ring exchanged as a token of love and it symbolizes love, loyalty, and friendship.

The Claddagh is one of the most popular symbols in Irish jewelry and the rings date to the 17th century, originated in the village of Claddagh in County Galway, Ireland. Legend has it that Richard Joyce, a Galway native, was captured and sold to slavery in North Africa. However, Joyce found himself slave to a Turkish Goldsmith, and from his master he learned and excelled at the craft.
