I ordered four different ones for Christmas presents. They arrived well packaged and none arrived cracked or broken. As for the design, they turned out great! I was expecting just the family crest on the mugs, but they have the family crest history on it as well.

I ordered two of these Family Crest Mugs, one for my Son & the other one is mine. They arrived right on time & I'm really happy with them. The quality of the mug is really well made & I loved learning the history of our family name! I'm giving the other mug to my Son as a keep sake of the wonderful trip we took together to Ireland.
