There’s nothing quite like a proper Irish coffee, warm, rich, and with just the right little kick. To make one, you’ll need freshly brewed coffee, a spoon of sugar, a good drop of Irish whiskey, and cream gently poured on top.
Start with the hot coffee, stir in the sugar, add the whiskey, and finish with a layer of cream so it sits beautifully on top. Simple, comforting, and very Irish.
