Product description

This is an exquisite union of intricate silver work and green Connemara Marble. A marriage of our ancient gemstone and this iconic Celtic symbol. Handcrafted in Ireland the lush marble hosts the hallmarked silver work surrounded with a floral border delicately crafted here in our workshop in Ireland.

The Triskele is a symbol used by the Celts for thousands of years and represents the eternal cycle of life, regenerating at each point. Birth, death, and rebirth or mind, body, and spirit. Many will say that the Triskele represents the ever changing cycle of life.

Newgrange is a Stone Age, neolithic monument in the Boyne Valley, County Meath. It is the jewel in the crown of Ireland’s Ancient East. Newgrange was constructed about 5,200 years ago (3,200 B.C.). This makes it older than Stonehenge and the Great Pyramids of Giza.

At the entrance to Newgrange there is a large stone with a Triskele design engraved in the rock. This design was carved at least 2,500 years before the Celts reached Ireland. It is hard to even imagine people back then creating such inspiring artwork.

This is a real conversation piece – a true piece of Ireland steeped in Irish myth and lore.

Silver Triskele Pendant hand crafted in Ireland with hallmarked sterling silver.

Measures approx 1″ round x 3.6mm depth.

Weighs approx 7.6 grams

Presented on an 18″ chain and within a hinged gift box.

What is Connemara Marble?

Connemara is the windswept and heart-stopping beautiful region that lies in the western most part of Ireland facing out over the Atlantic Ocean. The word Connemara comes from the Gaelic meaning “Inlets for the sea”. Oscar Wilde described it best when he spoke of the region possessing a “savage beauty”. Beneath this sharp and rugged landscape lies the green marble, a rare, unique, and iconic gemstone.

Dating over 900 million years old a piece of Connemara Marble is a true piece of Ireland. Known as Mother Nature’s Masterpiece this jewelry makes a fantastic collector’s piece because of its uniqueness. An inspiration for artisans across the world, each piece of Connemara Marble is as unique as a fingerprint – no two pieces are the same, each piece entirely unique to you. It is the perfect choice for anyone who would like to incorporate green tones into their jewelry wardrobe. The soft hues will suit any skin tone and the feel of smooth, cooling natural stone on your skin is said to bring serenity to the wearer.

Celtic 3 charm

I bought this lovely bracelet for my granddaughter, the stone color is green, and so pretty. The charms are small enough not to be in the way, but large enough to be seen.
