The Men of Aran - “Pulling together”
This beautiful Rynhart bronze sculpture is a touching tribute to Irish heritage. The men of the Aran Islands used to carry their traditional fishing boats (known as a currach or naomhóg, or 'little saint') to the sea everyday to bring back their catch to sustain their community. They also wore the traditional Aran sweater woven with Celtic knotwork, which represented prayers to keep them safe at sea. Lore has it that the seas around the islands were so dangerous that fishermen of times past wouldn't bother learning to swim, since they knew they'd have no chance against the wild currents. This handmade work of art is a testament to the strength of the Irish people and makes an uplifting addition to a home. The sculpture was handmade in County Cork, making this the perfect authentic Irish gift.

You may return your item within 30 days of it being delivered.
We will of course refund you what you paid for your order; however, return shipping charges incurred are non-refundable as well as the outbound shipping charge when you ordered.
If there has been a problem with the item of our responsibility, we will take ownership for the cost of shipments. Such as damaged goods or faulty item.
