I bought two of these Trinity caps, the green and the charcoal. Both seem to be very good quality and the three stars represent that.
I know my hat size, it's either 7&3/8 or 59, depending on which measurement system is being used. The two I received are ostensibly the same size (L) yet one fits too loosely and the other too tightly.
When placing my order I tried to use the WELCOME code from the website's coupon page, but it wouldn't go through. There was no response when I tried to ask about that. I also noticed that the price showing in my cart at checkout was not the same as the price on the product page, the difference was a couple of dollars but I let that slide thinking it might have to do with exchange rates.
Both caps were showing "In stock - ships in 2 days" at the time I ordered. I received the automatic email saying "Thanks for your order, we'll let you know when it ships" immediately on placing the order. After 10 days of nothing further, I emailed to ask for a status update on the order, I didn't get any response to that email, but two days later I did get an automated email saying the order had shipped. I can only assume that the initial order had slipped through the cracks and was not processed until I asked about it. An apology for the delay might have been nice.
Summary: three stars for the quality of the materials, stars lost for the sizing and the lack of response both pre and post purchase.
