Am I Getting An Order Confirmation?
When you place an order we send you a confirmation email. Emails sent to our customers may sometimes go into your spam/junk mail folder. Once you place your order. Please check this folder for updates in case you do not receive it in your main inbox. If you still don’t see an email then contact Aidan and his team at info@giftsofireland.com.
My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?
If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, try using a different web browser or update your current one. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact Aidan and his team at info@giftsofireland.com.
I Need To Adjust My Order. Can I Do That?
Absolutely. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact Aidan immediately. We generally process orders within 6-12 hours. After that it’s not possible as our warehouse will have processed your order so we will be unable to make adjustments.
I Just Placed My Order. Can I Add Another Item To It?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to your existing order. But you can place a new separate order for the item. However, if it is under 12 hours since your initial order, you can contact us to see what we can do. We will do our best.
I’m Unsure About Size. How Can I Find This Information?
For our jewelry and hats products, you will see a button on the product page beside the price which will show you a size chart to help you. For clothing items, different manufacturers and different styles result in various fit sizes, therefore, we have a 30 days returns policy. If your purchase does not fit correctly, please return the item back to us for exchange or refund. Please click here to read about our returns policy. We will do our best to help with your purchase. Can I Return an Item That I Purchased?
Of course. We will gladly assist you with your return. Please contact us to request a return authorization. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. See our full returns policy here.

When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of your ordered item or if it needs to be personalized. Orders are shipped on business days so they are not shipped during holidays or weekends.
Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?
If your order is shipping to the USA we take care of taxes and duties. There are no extra costs beyond the price we charge you at the checkout.
Also, if your order is being dispatched to an address within the EU, no additional duties or taxes apply.
If your order is being dispatched to an address outside of the USA or EU, you may incur local duties by customs in your country. These charges are outside the control of Gifts of Ireland and are non refundable.
How Long Will Shipping Take?
Express deliveries are usually delivered within 3-4 days of dispatch. Standard shipping takes approx. 10-14 working days. Please see our shipping information for full details.
